Hi there! I've owned a copy of this deck before. My copy, however had blurred images. Is that the same case with yours?

Never buy cheap chinese decks. These are most of time rip-off bootleg copied decks. Not the official decks!

This deck was created by Sylvia Gainsford and Howard Rodway with the help of eight "witches" based on the traditions of the Wicca path, as such the meaning of symbols shown in the cards is strongly connected to the Wiccan’s wisdom and symbolism.

I'm a British druid and got this soon after it came out. Always my favourite deck. One thing I love about it is that I am familiar with a lot of the places shown.

Save the liquid! The whey is good as gold and can be used in your paska recipe, and many others.

An important difference is the Hermit card which features an hourglass instead of the usual lantern. This harkens back to the Visconti-Sforza era. I agree, the image of the hermit should dominate the card with the Sanskrit prayer in the background with much smaller calligraphy.

Besides my oracle cards, I have used this Tarot deck exclusively for the past 20 years. I adore it! I've recently purchased a few new Tarot decks, but this one is absolutely divine. I also love the Underworld, which is so much more gentle than the Devil card. Thanks for sharing your love for it!

I pulled this out recently after reigniting my interest in tarot. I had forgotten how beautiful this deck is. Very much of its time but you can see a lot of thought and work went into it between the cards and the book and the readings from it are excellent. Thank you for you thorough walk through.

My very first deck also (other types were pretty uncommon back then to run across). I was 11 years old in 1970. I'm 64 now. Don't have my original deck anymore but found a brand new 1974 (flip top edition) still wrapped in cellophane a few years ago on eBay for just ten bucks.

Oh wow! I found this deck on Amazon years ago for like 5.99, being a tarot lover I bought 2 decks! It seemed a little kooky so I tucked it away and forgot about it. Its on a bookshelf somewhere up high lol Your video was in my suggested feed jus now. Maybe the deck is trying to talk to me!! 😁😄Im going to get it and try again with it!

My mother used to put crußhed nuts, cherrys, pineapple. We called it sid'kos. The Gypsy way of saying it. It is a custard ball.
